80% of all buyers and sellers are people who know you are a Realtor and either refer someone to you or contact you for themselves. This means you need to make sure they know you are a Realtor.
Email your sphere with the subject line “Real Estate in a Minute“. Find interesting information about Real Estate and write something short in your own words. Low Interest rates, maybe MLS lowest swimming pool house for sale, (find in MLS but give no address). Metrorail news. Anything positive. Search Internet for new good news about Real Estate in Northern VA. or search Realtor.com etc.
