National Agents: As a Realtor you have some requirements to remember. Review, remember and be a Pro Realtor!
Advertising: It is a DPOR requirement that any National Realty advertising such as direct mail, fliers etc., must be reviewed and approved by your Broker. Please be sure to submit any drafts to us, so we can review and confirm they are in compliance with DPOR.

Click the link, fill in the info and upload all listings, buyer agreements, ratified contracts, as well as tenant side contracts.
License expiration date, post licensing and continuing education deadline. Put these dates on your calendar.
Deadline dates for your ratified contract: Put dates on your calendar. For instance on a home inspection you typically have 7 days after ratification to schedule and give results to the listing agent. If you forget, your buyer may take action against you.
After ratification, your buyer has 7 days to make a formal loan application. It is your job to tell your buyer.
MLS has strict rules on status updates: Update your listings: Active/ Under contract / Pending / Closed. They will send warnings at first but eventually an immediate $100 MLS fine.
Ratified listing must be in the MLS within 1 day of any advertising including yard sign, fliers, emails, & social media. (MLS fine: $5,000 fine.)
Coming Soon: No showings allowed when in Coming Soon status until Active.
