National Agents:
What are Case Processing Sheets?
They are online forms found on our Intranet: www.nat22.com
Here you provide your case info and upload copies of your contracts.
Why?
Keeping your Brokers informed is a DPOR requirement.
What kind of forms?
Listing agreements
Buyer/ Tenant agreements
Ratified contracts (Not contract offers, only ratified)
Settlement commission request.
(All Listing agreements need signed by Paul Hartke the Broker and a copy given to your client.)
Buyer Agreement:
On every buyer, they sign this agreement stating you represent their interest but commission is paid by the seller. It states at settlement, there are buyer closing costs including a $495 admin fee to National Realty for processing paperwork between Broker, lender and settlement company.
What about Earnest money deposits?
If you are the buyer agent, you will have the client make a check payable to National Realty and in the memo section, write in the property address and agent name. Make a copy for the National Realty case processing sheet, the lender and settlement company and bring the check to the office asap.

After settlements, what should I do?
Under Case processing sheets fill in the “request for commission”. (We pay you without this, but it will be much faster if this is completed.)
This has been another exciting “Training in a Minute“.
