Listings – fast checklist

1) Listing agreement signed by seller.
2) Upload onto case processing sheet on www.nat22.com so Paul can sign to make it ratified.
3) Give copy of the ratified listing agreement to your seller.

4) Data input into the MLS.
Search Public Records for subject house address
Search Residential Sale for the subject address and change status search to closed and remove the time period. If it was Sold in the last few years it will help you when putting in data.
5) Order yourself personalized directional signs and name plate from www.nat22.com
6) Tell Seller to order HOA Resale docs (if applicable)
7) Order a post sign up from www.nat22.com (if applicable)
8) After Data input, make a listing brochure to put in the house. ( See an example of mine on another house attached)
9) Go to NVAR and buy a lockbox.
10) If using Coming Soon status to start off, good move.
11) Seller to make house as close to a model home as she can and lots of light. Lights turn on when entering rooms and shades open.
12) Email Keith with questions.
