National Agents;
Realtors are responsible to keep their Broker advised. This means it’s a DPOR Requirement to fill in Case Processing Sheets found on www.nat.com every time you get a listing or ratified contract.
A listing withdrawn from MLS will not have the DOM ( days on market) reset unless it’s off the market 61 days.
A listing temporarily off will stop the DOM clock, but not reset it.
A Listing agent should always write exciting Remarks since all agents read that first like “Incredible Home! Model home condition”, not standard close to shopping.
To cancel a ratified contract you need two forms:
1) Void of Contract form
2) Release of contract and deposit.
These forms are found in the Remine program. Instead of National Realty packages, click Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and hit search.
Personal Property are the contents inside the house, such as furniture.
Real Property is the house and other structures.
Listing photographer:
Roger West will take the photos, edit and upload them into MLS for you.
Cost: $200 only if it goes to settlement.
