Rental client

For your renter client ( tenant) you would have them sign an Exclusive Right to represent Tenant agreement showing they are not paying you any commission. That is paid by the landlord. Once completed submit it under case processing sheets found on www.nat22.com.  Paul Hartke, Principal Broker will sign it and you return a copy to your client.

You would show homes and when the Tenant wants to apply for one of them, have your applicant fill out the rental application and sign on page 2.

To submit the application, make a copy of all and take the following 3 items to the Broker’s office.
1) The completed and signed rental application
2)  A check for the amount of one month rent. ( Security Deposit) In the memo section write the subject address.
3) A check for the amount of credit check as indicated on the MLS print out.
(Usually $50 per applicant) In the memo section write credit check and subject address.
Email the listing agent when the application credit check fee and 1st month rent check was delivered to their office.
