Purpose:
1) Nice thing to do.
2) Write a long hand little note about them or you, but not Real Estate
3) Insert your business card.
4) Sign it.
All past clients especially need to be contacted because they are most likely to refer business to you. So, contact them through your frequent “Real Estate in a Minute” emails, holiday cards and maybe a box of oranges or nuts ( found online) for those special holidays.
