To withdraw a listing:
From brightmls.com
Go into the Remine program,
then “docs”
then “Northern VA Association of Realtors”
At the top search bar type in “Listing Agreement amendment ( Agent as Broker)”
Check the box that applies, have your client sign and Paul Hartke sign as Broker.
Then hit the send button so both can sign online.
Once complete, remove any brochures in the house, get the lockbox and sign off the property and change status in the MLS to withdrawn.
