1) Free Email campaign to your sphere with interesting information about Real Estate. Subject line: Real Estate in a Minute
( Search Google for good news and paraphrase.) Have your signature line as a Realtor. It lets them know you’re a Realtor.
2) Direct Mail campaign to good turn-over subdivisions done consistently. This gets you listings, which right now is the name of the game. Questions on this? Email or meet with Keith.
3) Ramp up Social Media, such as Facebook. Normal short phrases about Real Estate is all you need. I was looking thru the Realtors MLS yesterday for my client and saw a swimming pool house for $ ( find one, no address)
Or maybe put up a new headshot with your Realtor logo shirt. Get our logo at Stitching Station at Dulles Town Center mall where we paid the set up fee. You bring in your own shirt and it’s done in 10 minutes for about $10. ( while you shop in the mall
