All listings are held by the Broker. So you can use our listings as part of your listings. So instead of “these are some of my listings”; “These are some of our listings.” Use plural instead of singular.
How do I find all the National Realty listings?
At the bottom of the MLS search field look for additional fields. Then add “Listing Broker code”. The National Realty Broker code is natl1 ( the abbreviation for National followed by a 1).

What is our commission policy for listings? There is no Normal. It’s illegal to say what is normal. You are allowed to state our commission policy of National Realty which is 6%, but since they are good friends, you will cut your own commission by 1% to make it 5%. ( 2.5% to each Brokerage)
What is our commission policy for listing a rental? One month rent amount. Split 75% to listing Brokerage & 25% to Tenant Brokerage. We do not negotiate a lower commission.
