Sometimes you need a form not found under “National Realty packages.”
When in the Remine program, instead of click Packages, Click Northern Virginia Association of Realtors tab. That lists them all.
Familiarize yourself with them before you are needing to write a contract. . Where are they?

2) Click “form library” on left.

Below are a few to be aware of:
Buyers cover sheet (Gives overview of the offer – Optional)
Information for making an offer (Helps buyer write a contract on your listing. Good listing agents use this. It’s Optional)
Addendum (used in unique cases needing agreed wording.)
Appraisal notice (To remove appraisal contingency )
Inspection contingency removal ( once home inspection is completed)
Listing agreement amendment – ( changing price etc.)
Referral agreement– (Giving a lead to another Brokerage for 25% fee.)
Walk through inspection.
(Set up a day before settlement for buyer to be sure all is the same. ie. wall to wall carpet still there, major appliances not removed and ready for occupancy. Not a detail inspection)
To void a contract:
Notice voiding contract
Release of contract and deposit.
