Virtual Staging steps:
1) Send a picture of the rooms you choose.
2) Receive an artist’s conception of how it would look professionally furnished.
3) Images are allowed for MLS data input (as long as no people)
4) Get hard copies to put in your listing brochure at the house.
Cost: $75 per photo for MLS data input / $60 per photo hard copy
