Add these Counties:
Alexandria
Arlington
Clarke
Culpeper
Fairfax
Fairfax City
Falls Church
Fauquier
Frederick
Loudoun
Madison
Orange
Page
Prince William
Rappahannock
Spotsylvania
Stafford
Warren
Washington DC
Click “Coming Soon” and “Active”,
Click the three zero’s box next to price.
To save this as your default:
Upper right under the word Results click the little gear ikon. Then click “set as default.”
Now you are ready for Sales, but you need to do the same for lease, land and commercial.
Start over at the top:
Click Search
Click Residential lease
Add the same Counties
Click: Coming Soon and Active
Do not click the three zeros for price
Click the ikon upper right under the word results and set this as your criteria.
Follow the same steps for Land, Commercial Sale and Commercial Lease.
Congratulations! You are now set up.
Your best search is only the price range ( 500-550) and the area. To search areas, you can go to the map button up top and draw a polygon or you can type the cities separated by a comma, no spaces.
