Email is free and only takes a few minutes. If you want listings an email reminds your sphere that you are a Realtor. Email your friends something short like this example:

I hope all is well. As you know I am a Realtor and we are going into the hot Spring Real Estate market. The good news is the interest rates have again dropped. We are not as low as we used to be, but at least it’s dropping.
If ever you want to know how much a house is, maybe across the street from yours or how much one just Sold for, email me. I have the MLS and can keep you informed.
