Go to www.narrpr.org Then click reports.
* Automatically enters your home picture, description, details, etc.
* Automatically includes your agent picture and contact info
* Automatically includes area info, schools and other optional info

* Single page flyer – great to have a basic main photo and your info
Creating One Page Flyer- Training Video
* Mini-Property Report where you enter the property address and many pages have the home photos, details, area information, schools, etc. You select only the pages you want.
* There are other reports too, but the above are the best.

Keep it short* Use VERY FEW report pages.
Do NOT use these options
* No valuations needed
* No estimated value
* No competitive listings.
