To write a contract, go to www.brighmls.com and log in.
Then go to the far right panel and look for: Bright news / Office / Association
The default is on Bright News. Click Association.
Then click: Remine docs+ access
Then far left click docs+
Click create a transaction
Name your transaction and enter other info if you want auto populated
Click Next step
Click Packages
Click National Realty packages
Click Sale – Buyer forms ( depending on what you are looking for )
There are hundreds of contract forms. Our packages are the main ones.
Required representation agreement:
Buyer Agreement – signed by buyer and Broker Paul Hartke. This is not submitted to the other Brokerage. Submit it in case processing sheets found on www.nat22.com
Elements of an offer:
1) Sales Contract
2) Finance contingency
3) Copy of EMD
4) Lender’s letter of approval ( Andy can email one to you the same day. )
