* Automatically includes area info, schools and other optional info

* Single page flyer – great to have a basic main photo and your info

* Mini-Property Report where you enter the property address and many pages have the home photos, details, area information, schools, etc. You select only the pages you want.

Enter it into MRIS/Keystone – This gets it on Realtor.com and other sites.

Post an open house to craigslist for free a day or 2 in advance (not earlier).
