When someone is thinking of buying a home, ask them:
What 3 things in your new home do you want?
What area?
Have you talked to a lender yet?
If they have a lender, get the price range and the lender’s name and number.
If they have not talked to a lender, tell them no problem, “I will have Loan Officer Andy Sikora call you.”
Then call Andy with the buyer’s name and number to qualify. He will call you back with the price range to search.
Do not tell them to call Andy. They probably will not call him because of being scared.
Now search only the area and price range. Do not search the other 3 things they want in the house because that can change.
