My first buyer

With a new buyer prospect, you should show excitement for them and ask questions while taking notes like a professional doctor would do.
1)  What are they dreaming for in their new house?  Bedrooms, Baths etc.
2)  What area?  Do you want it near your work?
3)  Do you have a house to sell or an end of lease date?
4)  When did you want to move?
5)  What price range?  “Oh, you don’t know. I will have loan officer Andy Sikora of Colonial Mortgage call you to qualify over the phone.”
Then you call Andy Sikora at 703-505-2999 and give him the client’s name and phone number.

When complete, click “Send” for an online signature to your client or click “Sign” if the client is sitting beside you.

Does the buyer pay commission?  The buyer’s agreement states the buyer will pay commission. But tell your client not to worry. He will not pay commission because the contract you write will state the seller will pay that commission.

When you are ready to write a contract, those forms are underneath the buyer forms.
