Getting out of State referrals
Did you know you can get a 25% referral fee just for giving an out of State lead to an agent in that State?
How do I do it?
1) Go to www.Realtor.com and search for an agent that works in the area of the subject properties.
2) When you find an agent you like, call and say you are an agent in the VA and you have a buyer looking in their area to buy ( or sell). Would they be agreeable to a 25% referral fee? They will say absolutely!
4) Say that’s great, I will email you the contact information and what I know so far along with the Broker to Broker Referral form. Please have your Broker sign it, return and our Broker will sign it.
6) Ask him to please keep you updated on how things progress?
7) Call your client and tell him to expect a call from this agent.
Then email the other agent all the info about you and your client. Go to www.nat22.com and in the middle click PDF forms. Scroll down to referral forms and choose the out of state form. Fill it out online stating 25% referral fee, then print it. Scan it and attach it to the email to that agent.
