Your step-by-step buyer contract forms checklist
Log into brightmls.com,
Far right click: Remine Forms
Center click: Remine
Left click: docs + (If you are not a member of NVAR docs+ will not show up)
Click Create a Transaction
Click Buyer side and fill in blanks
Click Packages and then National Realty ( We put together the most frequently used contract forms in packages)
Click Buyer Forms
Check box for Buyer Representation forms
Check boxes and then Next
Now your two contract forms are ready for you to fill in online.
When complete, click “send” for an online signature to your client or click “sign” if the client is sitting beside you. To receive the signed documents: click “my transactions” on the left. When listing or buyer representation forms are signed by your client, you need to send it to Paul Hartke to sign. Use Remine or upload into case processing sheets found on www.nat22.com.
Note: The buyer’s agreement states the buyer will pay commission. But no worry. When you write the sales contract, you will write that the seller will pay the buyer’s agent commission. More forms are underneath the buyer representation forms when you are ready to write a contract.
