Setting up your sphere of influence list under contacts in your computer.
If you have a contact data base such as Gmail with a “contacts” tab, this is a great place to gather all the people you know. Input their name, email and phone and group them into your Friends of Keith ( use your name)
This takes time and hard to do, but it will pay off. This will be your sphere of influence (SOI) database. It will have two purposes:
- Your “announcement party” invitees when first joining National.
- Monthly “Real Estate in a Minute” emails you send out with interesting information about Real Estate.
When you get your sphere list set up, put them in a folder in your computer. Then when emailing, address it to yourself and add that folder of names under bcc. You will be emailing them monthly with interesting information about Real Estate with subject line “Real Estate in a Minute”. Your email body opens with: Friends of <your first name>.
Trigger points are below, but you may know more. It’s not about selling or convincing them of anything, it’s about passive marketing to remind them that you are a Realtor.
After you gather everyone you think you know, go thru this list to add to it.
