DPOR Requirements –

1) Inform DPOR and us of any name, email or address change. 

2) Submit a case processing sheet for contracts on www.nat22.com

3) Turn in EMD to Broker within 3 days upon ratification of Sales contract. 

4) Complete continuing education every 2 years to get your license renewed. 

5)  Apply for license renewal before expiration date. (Put on your calendar) 

6)  Stay current with NVAR, MLS and E&O. 

7)  Keep your listing status changes up to date in MLS.

8)  Print advertising: include National Realty logo. Online: Also city and State.

9)  In direct mail at the bottom in small print always write “if your home is currently listed with another Brokerage, this is not meant as a solicitation.”

10) Watch your deadlines: Home inspection, HOA & finance contingency.
