If you have a tenant looking to rent, here are your steps in submitting your application:
Go to www.brightmls.com and pull up the rental application and Tenant representation forms. ( also I attached them.)
Call the listing agent and ask:
1) Do they already have an application?
2) Where should you drop off the completed application and checks?
2) Where should you drop off the completed application and checks?
3) What is their credit check fee? (or check the MLS print out.)
Drive application and two checks payable to Listing Brokerage to their office.
Submit this:
1) Application
2) A check in the amount of first month rent
2) A check for credit check ( per applicant having credit checked)
Also called Processing fee. The amount should be in the listing data.
