Submitting a rental application

National Agents:
For your renter ( tenant) you would have them sign an Exclusive Right to represent Tenant agreement and submit it under case processing sheets found on www.nat22.com.

You would show homes and the Tenant wants to apply for one of them. First email listing agent to see if its already rented.

Then have your applicant fill out the rental application and sign on page 2.

To submit the application, make a copy of all and take the following 3 items to the Broker’s office.
A nice cover letter from you on how great your tenants are would be helpful.
1) The signed application
2)  A check for the amount of one month rent. ( Security Deposit) In the memo section write the subject address. On the envelope, your name and company.
3) A check for the amount of credit check as indicated on the MLS print out.
(Usually $50 per applicant) In the memo section write credit check and subject address.

Then email the listing agent you delivered the application to their office.

This has been another exciting “Training in a Minute“.
