One of our agents had a listing filled with stuff. We put it in Coming Soon with virtual pictures which showed the rooms like a model. When it went Active, it was vacant. So tenants assumed it used to look that spectacular.
The process:
Send a picture of the room with all the stuff.
They digitally remove stuff and replace it with name brand furniture.
You receive the picture by email and save it to your computer.
Insert the picture in the MLS. Yes. It’s legal.
The company is called Virtual Staging Solutions and it costs $75 per picture.
